1985 Mercedes-Benz 190E by MTS

Extremely rare complete MTS car / Refreshed interior / 5-Speed manual

This time capsule Euro 3-pedal 1985 190E by MTS Tuning is now available for sale from The Patina Collective Selection.

This car was originally ordered via the Coblenz, Germany branch and was imported new as a “grey market” example by F.R. Kassler on August 5, 1985. Showing just over 91k miles.

Finished in Diamond Blue Metallic (355) over Blue interior (972), this car features an era-correct complete body kit from the tuner MTS, 15” color matched Rial mesh wheels wrapped on Continental tires dated 2019, upgraded Bilstein suspension featuring struts and lowering springs, power windows, air conditioning and a power operated driver seat.

Recent work includes paint correction performed by Satin Auto Details and a brand new interior reupholster of the front and rear seats in blue with dark blue piping bringing the original tired interior back to life.  While the seats were off the car, the carpeting was professionally cleaned giving the factory velour its original softness and deep color.  Front driver power seat and sunroof functions are in correct operation.
